Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.
Shyne want you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at competitive prices. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
You will receive electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order.
Shyne will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
All rings will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days.
All of our orders are sent out in jiffy bags to protect them during posting.
Kaleido jewellery comes with their unique packaging.
Other items of jewellery come in elegant organza bags.
Within the UK, the delivery charge is £2.50 for orders up to £50; your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
For orders over £50, delivery charge is £4.50; your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day).
Orders can be sent internationally for a fee of £9.99.
Please ensure that someone will be available to accept delivery as a signature will be required. To prevent fraud we only deliver to the billing address given once payment is received.
If your items are received damaged or faulty in anyway you must inform us within 7 days via email: sales@shynejewellery; providing details of the invoice number and the item you wish to return, you will then be issued with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the despatch note found on the outside of the original parcel. Return your items using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery; Shyne will refund the cost of delivery.
We strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Upon receipt of items Shyne will arrange for an exchange / refund providing the items are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your returns number.
In compliance with current Health & Hygiene Regulations we are unable to offer refunds on earrings.
